Large Groups House | Heated Pool+Hot Tub | Fiber

We had a family reunion here and the house is quite spacious. We had 8 adults and 3 teens. We could have fit one more family. Plenty of beds and seating area. The kitchen has all the basics and they also leave you with some basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. Our only complaint was that the hot tub would not get hot or stay hot and we were really looking forward to using it. The host remotely controls it and it just doesn’t work well. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to get a few families together for a weekend.

Our party/family consists of 14 total, adults and kids ranging in age from 11 years old down to 2 years old. There was plenty of room and space for all. The game room/area upstairs was perfect for the kids! The only issue we had was the pool was very warm when we arrived. We looked for controls to turn spa on or heater off in the pool. Contacted host and he was very responsive. Pool guy came out the next day and fixed the issue and the water was much cooler and felt great. The lights did not work so no night swimming. He also cleaned the pool so the water looked great!! The property could use some cleanup as there were weeds everywhere in the back and yard could have been mowed (but with the recent rains it is understandable). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time!!!

Overall, the house was nice and clean, but several amenities were not functioning properly, which impacted our stay.** - **Grill:** The temperature control was not working, making it difficult to use. - **Hot Tub & Waterfall:** Neither was operational, and guests had no control over the hot tub settings. - **Pool Issues:** The pool was not clean upon arrival. It was serviced at 1:30 PM on the first day—*after* the kids had already been swimming—and then couldn’t be used for another three hours. - **Appliances:** The small refrigerator on the porch and the one in the garage were both non-functional. - **Furniture:** The round wicker daybed was in very poor condition. These issues detracted from the experience, especially given the property’s otherwise pleasant condition. Addressing these would greatly improve future guests' stays.
